This year's conference will focus on "Finding the Balance" and will feature some excellent speakers and panels to inspire you, help you promote, and give you ideas on staying healthy and adding better balance to your life. In addition to our Hosted Reception, this year's conference also includes a Luau and a 5K Run/Walk. You can download the agenda and registration form below or register on line. Hotel reservations can be made on line or you can call the Town and Country. Because registration is limited to the first 900 who sign up, don't put off registering! Tickets to the Luau must be purchased in advance as well. And, Sponsor display tables and information will also be available throughout the conference.

Registration Information
Registration is limited to the first 900 registrants and payment must accompany your registration form. There are two ways to register for the conference. You may wish to register online, which is limited to single registrations (credit card required) or register using the downloadable registration form (checks only) which you can use if you want to do TBD spaces or if you are being signed up by a training officer. If you wish to register multiple attendees for the conference, you must fill out a PDF registration form for each attendee, accompanied with a check to cover all attendee fees, unless you just have TBD spaces, then you can just indicate the number of TBD's on the form but payment must be submitted for the TBD spaces in order to hold them.
